We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in apprenticeship delivery to lead and support a team of tutors and assessors. The Delivery Manager role focuses on managing the end-to-end apprentice journey, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning and assessment from enrolment through to End Point Assessment (EPA) and achievement. You will monitor learner progress, support your team to meet performance targets, and maintain compliance with quality, safeguarding, and apprenticeship standards. You will also work closely with employers and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure apprentices receive an excellent learning experience that leads to successful outcomes.
The successful candidate will:
- Be educated to HNC level or equivalent with 6 good O Levels/GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English (A-C).
- Have proven management experience against KPIs with responsibility of large teams over a specific geographic area.
- Have experience of remote management.
- Have good IT skills including use of databases/dashboards for performance information.
- Have good communication and presentation skills.
- Have a driving licence and vehicle.
- Live within the local area within the region responsible to limit the amount of travelling time.
