About the Role
We have an amazing opportunity and are looking for a dedicated and supportive Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 classroom support to learners, helping them develop confidence, achieve their goals, and progress in their education and future careers. You will work closely with tutors to create a positive and inclusive learning environment while supporting learners with their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to learners during training sessions.
- Help learners complete coursework, assignments, and learning activities.
- Encourage participation, motivation, and confidence.
- Support tutors in delivering engaging learning sessions.
- Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with young people or a genuine passion for supporting them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, patient, and encouraging approach.
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check and Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration.
