Ready to drive real change in public transport planning? Weβre looking for a Network Process Excellence & Compliance Manager to lead operational improvement and service change governance across a major UK transport network. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on driving efficiency, aligning teams, and using data to deliver smarter, more reliable services. You will need to: * Lead national service change governance and performance tracking. * Deliver process improvements across planning and scheduling operations. * Drive cross-functional initiatives with ops, engineering, data, and compliance teams. * Create and manage toolkits, guidance, and reporting templates to embed best practices. * Partner with analytics teams to unlock insights and resolve data issues. * Enable strategic delivery and continuous improvement across the network planning function.
