Are you a creative, results-driven marketer who wants to make a real impact in education and skills? We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to drive campaigns, digital platforms and lead generation for a growing training and apprenticeship provider. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own marketing activity from idea to execution — helping to promote courses, apprenticeships and training programmes that change lives.
What you’ll be doing
- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital, social and web
- Promoting apprenticeships, courses and funded training programmes
- Managing the website, landing pages and CRM automations
- Creating engaging content and short-form videos using Canva
- Driving enquiries through campaigns, promotions and partnerships
- Tracking and reporting on marketing and sales performance
- Supporting learner and employer enquiries and following up leads
- Making sure the brand looks and sounds great across all channels
What we’re looking for
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing or campaign management
- Experience in education, training or apprenticeships is highly desirable
- Comfortable using websites, CRMs and marketing automation tools
- A creative thinker with a commercial, results-focused mindset
- Highly organised, proactive and full of ideas
