The Role
- You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor while delivering high-quality, insight-led marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong, long-term client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
- Creating and delivering strategic marketing plans aligned to client growth objectives
- Leading campaign planning across digital channels including paid, SEO, social, and automation
- Presenting performance insights and KPI reports with clear recommendations
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase value
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4+ years experience in an agency Account Manager or Account Director role
- Strong B2B marketing experience with a solid understanding of key digital channels
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and strategies
- Commercially aware, with the ability to spot growth opportunities
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
- Proactive, ambitious, and eager to develop
