We’re looking for a Pensions specialist to train as a tutor to support apprentices building careers within the pensions industry.
This is a great opportunity to step away from day-to-day administration and use your industry knowledge to coach, mentor and develop the next generation of pensions professionals.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and support a caseload of apprentices through their programme.
- Coach and mentor learners through virtual and one-to-one sessions.
- Share your pensions knowledge and industry experience.
- Create and adapt learning materials.
- Review learner work and provide constructive feedback.
- Track progress and provide support where needed.
- Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to quality assurance.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years’ pensions industry experience, ideally in Pensions Administration.
- Experience of coaching, mentoring, training or supporting colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of pensions processes and industry practices.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, digital systems and online learning platforms.
- A genuine interest in helping others develop and succeed.
Teaching experience isn't essential – full support and development will be provided to help you transition into the tutor role.
