We re recruiting a Machining Cell Leader to join a well-established precision engineering manufacturer.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a skilled machining team, improve production performance, and play a key role in delivering high-quality components within a modern manufacturing environment.

What You ll Be Doing * Lead and support a team of machinists to achieve quality, delivery and production targets * Plan daily workloads and coordinate production priorities with planning and purchasing teams * Monitor machining operations, resolve production issues, and keep work flowing efficiently * Coach, train and develop team members while promoting a positive working culture * Ensure materials, tooling and documentation are ready for production * Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives * Support root cause investigations and work closely with Quality to resolve manufacturing issues * Track performance, maintain production records and help improve manufacturing processes What We re Looking For * Previous experience leading or supervising a machining team * Strong machi...
