Are you passionate about catering and ready to use your skills to make a real difference? This is more than just a teaching role; it’s an opportunity to transform lives. We’re looking for a dedicated Catering Tutor to support and inspire disengaged learners, helping them build confidence, gain qualifications, and take meaningful steps towards a brighter future.

Based on-site in Leicester, you’ll deliver accredited Catering and Hospitality courses to small groups, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment within prison education. You’ll play a vital role in shaping not just skills, but mindsets, guiding learners towards long-term goals, employability, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Location: Derby

No teaching qualification? No problem. If you don’t currently hold a teaching or assessing qualification, full support will be provided to help you achieve this during your probation period.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 2 (or above) vocational qualification in Catering/Hospitality
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage
  • Solid, hands-on industry experience in your field
  • A teaching or assessing qualification (desirable, not essential)
  • A creative and adaptable approach to delivering training
