Trainee Assessor (Home-based/ Remote Hybrid)
£24,638 – £25,709

Monday to Friday

Location: South Wales

We are looking for a experienced care workers to become a Health care Assessor.

If you are a motivated individual we\’d like you to join our team as a Trainee Assessor. In this role, you ll help learners achieve their goals by delivering high-quality training and assessment, while supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you ll do:

• Deliver training programmes and workplace assessments to learners across a regional area.
• Training will be provided to where you will support learners with Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and track progress.
• Develop and deliver course materials to meet awarding body requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of learner achievements.
• Build strong relationships with employers and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure quality standards, safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance are met.

What we re looking for:

• Occupational experience in your area of delivery.
• Willingness to work towards the Assessor Award (CAVA/TAQA).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable:

• Experience in work-based learning or apprenticeships.
• Assessor qualifications (CAVA/TAQA).
• Essential Skills delivery experience.
• Ability to communicate in Welsh.
