Overview

Join a social purpose organisation dedicated to breaking down barriers and promoting equality. We\’re looking for a passionate Employment Coach to support people with health conditions in achieving meaningful work. You\\\’ll work closely with NHS clinicians and community teams, managing a caseload of up to 25 participants, helping them gain and sustain employment aligned with their goals using Individual Placement and Support (IPS) principles. Your role will drive real impact, meeting targets for referrals, job starts, and sustained employment, while improving lives every day.

Location: Birmingham/Solihull

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of up to 25 participants, helping them gain and sustain employment using IPS principles.
  • Collaborate with NHS clinicians and community teams to support participants throughout the employment journey.
  • Meet targets for referrals, job starts, and sustained employment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supporting people to obtain or keep work.
  • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets.
  • Proactive approach to engaging with participants and sourcing potential referrals.
