We have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Coach to work with a leading training provider. You will be asked to provide the delivery and assessment of personal development and employability skills, supporting disengaged learners to build their Employment and Training Portfolios Locations: York Your requirements are: * Experience in providing excellent customer service, IAG/Coaching * Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds. * Demonstrate the ability to work towards the awarding body standards * Good conflict resolution skills You will receive * Fantastic basic salary and benefits package * 30 days holiday per annum * Lunchtime finish on Fridays * Pension scheme * Holiday Purchase Scheme * Wellbeing Centre * Medicash or private medical insurance, depending on career level * 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme * Refer a Friend incentive scheme * Life Day and Volunteering Day, in addition to annual leave * An additional week of paid leave for weddings and civil ceremonies Due to the high volume of applications Recruited UK receives, we will make every effort to respond with feedback, although this is not always possible.
