We have an amazing opportunity for a Construction Project Manager.. This amazing opportunity will include the redevelopment of existing buildings, new build, and mixed-use schemes. The project manager should have an appropriate background, which will include management, budgeting and analysis, and QS skills would be an advantage. RICS qualifications would be preferred but not essential. You will report directly to the managing director and will learn every aspect of self-storage Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered: * Track record in construction, fit out, refurb & building project management * Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings * Experience leading projects from cradle to grave * Knowledge and experience with appropriate software, Microsoft Project, etc You Will Receive: * £40,000 basic salary – OTE £50,000 to £70,000 (via project completion bonus) * £250 reward for employee referrals * 40 hrs per week Monday – Friday * IT equipment is provided to enable you to work remotely * 25 days annual leave (in addition to bank holidays) * 40 pence mileage (When travelling on Business) * Pension * Free Onsite parking * Internal progression opportunities * Annual salary review depends on performance Due to the high volume of applications Recruited UK receives, we will make every effort to respond with feedback, although this is not always possible.
