Recruited UK is recruiting a Lead Internal Quality Assurer in Cardiff to drive quality across vocational learning and apprenticeship programmes.

You will lead a team of IQAs, set standards and ensure robust quality assurance processes.

Reporting to senior management, you will oversee sampling, verification plans, and ensure compliance with awarding organisations and Estyn requirements, while developing resources and supporting learner progression.
