As a Business Executive (Apprenticeships), your focus will be on working with companies to identify employees who could benefit from an apprenticeship. You will engage with decision-makers to discuss apprenticeship funding opportunities and how they can support career progression within their organisation. You will also be responsible for pre-vetted apprentice candidates to a smooth and effective apprenticeship placement process.
Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE £51,000 (uncapped commission)
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am – 5:00pm
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in apprenticeship sales (Minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with HR teams, practice managers, senior legal professionals, and paralegal learners.
- Understanding of apprenticeship funding.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organised, target-driven, and able to manage multiple employer relationships.
- Experience using CRM systems to track and manage employer engagement.
