We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager to support the Education Manager with effective management of the curriculum, ensuring needs of learners and employers are met. You will lead on quality assurance and improvement, developing and encouraging an innovative and problem-solving approach to the work of the tutors in order to raise standards and meet challenging targets in line with performance indicators. Location – Hemel Hempstead Salary – £30,000 – £35,000 per annum Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered: * An expert in your field with substantial experience * Experience of delivering training * A teaching or assessing qualification * Ability to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners * Experience of leading a team and managing performance in an education/training setting.
