We have a great opportunity for an Accounting Tutor to design, deliver, and continuously enhance training across Accounting Apprenticeships Level 2 to Level 4. The role focuses on achieving positive learner outcomes by developing knowledge, skills, behaviours, and attitudes that support progression and success, alongside delivering structured lessons covering AAT L2 to L4 taught sessions preparing learners for their AAT exams.

Location: Manchester (Hybrid working)

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of delivering AAT modules up to L3 minimum with a requirement to be developed to deliver L4.
  • Have minimum 3 years vocational industry experience working within Finance.
  • Have 1-2 years teaching, learning, and assessment experience, with knowledge of OFSTED quality standards.
  • Have up-to-date subject expertise and relevant AAT or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Have a Diploma in Education and Training or happy to be developed to achieve relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Have strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a wide range of diverse learner needs.
