They’ve grown to over 130 people across 40+ countries and are now entering their next chapter, moving from a single product to a true multi-product suite. Bootstrapped, customer-funded, and with strong global adoption, they’re doubling down on product-led growth and scaling from $20M to $50M ARR.
To make that leap, they’re hiring a Product Director to lead and elevate their product organisation.
What You’ll Do 🖥️
As Product Director, you’ll take charge of a high performing team of 7 PMs and 9 designers, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership. You’ll set the direction, define the strategy, and guide the transition into a cohesive multi-product suite.
Your role will be a mix of vision and execution , balancing strategy with hands-on leadership. You’ll:
- Define and execute the product strategy to drive ARR growth and market expansion
- Lead the transition from one product to a multi-product SaaS suite
- Build scalable product practices around discovery, delivery, and PLG optimisation
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market to align execution and outcomes
- Coach, mentor, and empower PMs to step up while instilling consistency and focus
- Bring clarity to strategy and roadmap while championing customer experience
- Work closely with the CEO and exec team to shape direction while gaining buy-in across the org
About You 🧠
You’re a senior product leader with proven experience scaling B2B SaaS and PLG companies. You thrive in ambiguity, know how to move from strategy to execution, and have already led multi-product roadmaps.
- 8–10+ years in product, with senior leadership experience (Head/Director level)
- Track record inB2B SaaS and product-led growth environments
- Experience scaling ARR ($20M–$50M+ ideal) and leading multi-product expansion
- Strong people leader, you’ve coached and grown PMs into senior operators
