The role involves taking ownership of the Insights team, the intelligence layer that powers the entire product. This is not a traditional PM role. You will be responsible for building and shaping the core AI assistants that turn raw data into real-world actions for customers. This is a mission-critical role where you will prototype, experiment, and ship fast. You will work closely with the founder and a strong engineering team to bring their vision of a truly intelligent operational system to life.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building core AI assistants within the squad, including the high impact analysis to action engine that ties the product experience together.
- Working closely with the founder and engineering leadership, prototyping rapidly and shipping meaningful assistants to production at pace.
- Acting as the “orchestra director” for intelligence across the platform, aligning data, behaviours, and UX into a coherent system.
- Defining and building (or buying) the internal AI platform the rest of the company uses — including observability, memory, evals, frontend patterns, and core primitives.
- Making it easy for other teams to build their own assistants through clear frameworks, guardrails, and reusable components.
You are not a traditional PM. You are entrepreneurial, curious, creative, and hands-on, someone who likes to actually build, not just write specs. They are looking for someone who is:
- A self-starter who moves without being guided.
- Technical enough to prototype, understand how models behave, and debug strange AI outcomes.
- Strong in product instincts with a sharp eye for design.
- Low ego, high ownership, and deeply action-oriented.
- Comfortable experimenting, exploring, and crafting AI behaviours end to end.
- Excited by the idea of creating smart assistants that genuinely improve business outcomes.
- Experience shipping AI features is a plus, but mindset is more important than pedigree.
Why join them?
This is a rare opportunity to join a company at the moment where their AI strategy becomes the core of the product. You will have massive ownership, big technical and product challenges, and the chance to directly shape the intelligence layer used by tens of thousands of users. You will also join a high-performing team with talent from top tech companies and fast growth startups.
What they offer:
- Competitive compensation
- Stock options
- Generous paid leave
- Comprehensive health and pension benefits
- Personal development and workspace setup budgets
- High quality tools and equipment
- Regular team events, offsites, and workshops
- A chance to make big, visible impact in a company scaling globally
If you’re excited about building AI assistants from scratch, love fast iteration, and want to shape the intelligence layer of a high growth product, this could be the perfect next step.
