What You’ll Do
- As Lead Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of a key B2B/B2G platform, from discovery and definition, through launch and continuous improvement.
- Translating enterprise and public sector needs into product strategy and scalable platform features.
- Leading structured discovery using frameworks like JTBD and Lean Canvas.
- Collaborating across engineering, UX, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver secure and user-focused features.
- Managing the roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation for onboarding, integrations, and product enhancements.
- Balancing the needs of clients and end users in B2B2C environments — ensuring quality experiences for both.
- Tracking product performance with data, usage insights, and stakeholder feedback.
About You
- 5+ years of product management experience — ideally in B2B, B2G, or platform environments.
- Experience building software in complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology and/or public sector environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to align legal, commercial, and technical teams.
- Comfort working with KPIs, product analytics, and structured prioritisation frameworks.
- Proficiency in modern product tooling (Figma, Confluence, Miro, analytics dashboards etc.).
