The predicted salary is between 32000 - 35000 £ per year.
We have a great opportunity for a Quality Specialist to drive the site's quality performance and improvements to provision in all subject areas (including functional skills), champion excellence in teaching, learning, assessment and behaviour management strategies relevant to a custodial setting while also promoting our corporate values and procedures in all aspects of teaching and learning. You will also line manage a small team of Learning Support Assistants.
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Location: Hemel Hempstead
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a relevant Teaching qualification (QTLS as appropriate) / Assessor/Verifier Award
- Have the ability to cultivate an aspirational culture in which teaching staff and learners can thrive and grow
- Have strong motivation to lead the achievement of success
- Be able to plan, communicate and problem solve effectively
- Have excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Have strong influencing skills and ability to lead and support, working effectively within a team
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Be able to share best practice and innovative teaching methods
