Amazing opportunity for an Engineering Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching across Level 15 courses to full-time and part-time learners aged 16. You will support curriculum development, create engaging learning materials, and help drive student success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach a range of engineering subjects using practical and theory-based methods
  • Plan lessons, develop course materials, and assess student work
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to help learners reach their potential
  • Contribute to curriculum development and new course delivery
  • Support recruitment activities, student reviews, and progress monitoring
  • Work collaboratively with the Course Leader and teaching team

  • Level 5 Engineering qualification (or equivalent)
  • GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
  • Industry experience in engineering (e.g., CAD, manufacturing, mechanical, electrical)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate learners
