We are currently looking to recruit a CQC Registered Manager for our residential provision located within the grounds of a college. The Registered Manager will have overall operational responsibility for the service, ensuring it runs safely, effectively and in line with regulatory requirements. The role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and support while managing and supporting the wider staff team.
Key Requirements:
- Monitor and support the delivery of person-centred services within the residential provision.
- Recruit, supervise and support Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Senior Support Workers.
- Provide coaching, guidance and performance management to develop staff and maintain high standards of care.
- Manage service budgets and ensure effective deployment of staff resources.
- Work with external professionals, commissioners and partner agencies to promote the service and support referrals and placements.
- Support staff through inductions, training and ongoing professional development.
Location: Lancaster
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
