Are you a creative, results-driven marketer who wants to make a real impact in education and skills? We are looking for a Marketing Executive to drive campaigns, digital platforms and lead generation for a growing training and apprenticeship provider. This is a hands-on role where you will own marketing activity from idea to execution helping to promote courses, apprenticeships and training programmes that change lives.

What you will be doing:

  • Planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital, social and web
  • Promoting apprenticeships, courses and funded training programmes
  • Managing the website, landing pages and CRM automations
  • Creating engaging content and short-form videos using Canva
  • Driving enquiries through campaigns, promotions and partnerships
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing and sales performance
  • Supporting learner and employer enquiries and following up leads
  • Making sure the brand looks and sounds great across all channels

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in marketing, digital marketing or campaign management
  • Experience in education, training or apprenticeships is highly desirable
  • Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms
