We are looking for a Justice Case Worker to manage a caseload of participants in the community and CFO (Creating Future Opportunities) Activity Hubs, supporting them to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets. Facilitating delivery at pop up Satellite Hubs across the region. Salary: £26,049 - £31,790 per annum Location: Southampton (the role does require some travel locally so driving license is preferred) We are looking for people who have: Demonstrable experience in motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals in education, training, and employment. Experience in working with external stakeholders to provide exceptional participant support or progression routes, including employers, local authorities, health services, or voluntary sector organisations. The ability to build, manage, and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of support services to ensure comprehensive participant support. Proven experience of successfully working to targets and key performance indicators, with the ability to monitor and report on participant progress effectively.
