We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Coach to play a key role in developing the next generation of legal professionals through work-based learning.
In this rewarding position, youll use your legal knowledge and experience to guide and support apprentices, helping them gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Rather than being on the frontline of the legal profession, youll focus on mentoring, training, and empowering learners all from the comfort of your own home.
Location Fully Remote Role
What youll be doing:
Supporting apprentices in their legal training journey
Delivering high-quality coaching and guidance through remote sessions
Sharing your knowledge to help learners apply theory in practice
Encouraging and motivating apprentices to reach their potential
What we are looking for:
A Law Degree (or equivalent experience in the legal sector)
A passion for supporting and developing others
Strong communication and mentoring skills
The ability to work independently and remotely
What is on offer:
Basic £32,000 – £35,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
