We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager working on the Creating Future Opportunities (CFO) Evolution programme. This role will be to lead a team of delivery staff and support staff to ensure successful delivery of the CFO Evolution Activity Hubs contract to maximise the achievement of outcomes and deliver the performance expectations of commissioners.
The role involves:
- Supporting people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health, benefits, and debt.
- Meeting the recruitment and training needs of employers.
- Leading and supporting a team of delivery and support staff to drive high levels of contract performance.
- Responsibility for P&L account results including achievement of income targets, managing staff productivity, client spend and office costs.
- Development of local relationships to ensure a good range of provision to support participants.
- Delivery of high quality and compliant services to participants.
Must have a strong understanding of the Justice Sector, Activity Hubs CFO Evolution interventions and services. Working knowledge of the principles of people management and employment law is essential. Previous management experience is required, along with an understanding of MI and financial information, and knowledge of relevant policy (local and national). A track record of achieving tangible performance results is also necessary.
