We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire Alarm Engineer to take technical ownership of installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities across residential high-rise and occupied housing projects throughout London and the South East. You will act as a senior member of the engineering team supporting others on-site, ensuring quality standards, and delivering work in compliance with the latest fire safety regulations.
Location: Covering London & South East | Office based in West London
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Up to 50k + overtime, on-call & performance bonus
Package: Company van, fuel card, tools, uniform & ongoing training
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in fire alarm installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Sound understanding of FIA and BAFE standards.
- Strong technical ability with major systems (e.g. Kentec, Advanced, Gent, C-TEC, Hochiki).
- Proven ability to lead or mentor junior engineers on site.
- ECS/CSCS (Skilled Worker or above).
- SSSTS (advantageous).
- Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, and Manual Handling training.
- FIA Level 3 or above and manufacturer training (preferred).
- Full UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in the UK.
