Full training provided! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong industry experience who wants to build a rewarding career in training and assessment. Full support will be provided to achieve your assessor qualification if required. Key Responsibilities: Trained to manage and support a caseload of learners across your region. Carry out workplace assessments and provide constructive feedback. Coach and motivate learners to achieve their qualifications on time. We will provide you with skills to develop individual learning plans and monitor learner progress. Build strong relationships with employers to support learner success. Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with awarding body requirements. Deliver an engaging learner experience while promoting equality, safeguarding and professional standards. Good career opportunity Essential Requirements: Minimum Level 3 NVQ/QCF Health & Social Care (Adults) Occupational experience within the relevant vocational sector. Passion for developing and supporting others. Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. IT literate with good administrative skills. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Willingness to work towards a recognised Assessor Qualification (CAVA/TAQA) if not already qualified. Knowledge of safeguarding and learner welfare. Desirable Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA or equivalent). Experience assessing apprenticeships or work-based learning programmes. Knowledge of awarding body requirements and quality assurance. Essential Skills or Functional Skills delivery experience. Welsh language skills are an advantage.
