We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fire & Security Engineer to join a growing team working on high-profile residential developments, including high-rise new builds and occupied housing sites across London and South East.
Location: London/South East
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years experience working within the Fire Safety and Security Systems industry
- Solid experience installing, servicing, and maintaining Fire Alarm, Evacuation Alert, Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems
- Confident and experienced working in high-rise developments and occupied homes
- Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (BS5839, BS8629, NSI/SSAIB, BAFE standards)
- Ability to read drawings and work from site plans and schematics
- Strong understanding of health & safety and working in live environments
- ECS or CSCS card (skilled worker or above)
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
