Job Description

We have an amazing opportunityfor an experienced Data Tutorto work for one of the country's leading training providers. you will use your experience, industry knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship programmes, to provideoutstanding personal and professional guidance to Data apprentices. You will support the development of skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.

Full training can be given to unqualified Tutors.

You Will need:

  • Hold relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, PCET, AET) and/or have previous experience in the digital or apprenticeship sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and understanding with each learner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure, with a thorough and logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Confident using a range of IT systems and databases.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, rapport and understanding of every learner
  • Open, honest and transparent communicator
  • Be able to confidently challenge learners and provide constructive, developmental feedback

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Degree or Apprenticeship qualified in digital
  • Specific knowledge of Data
  • Knowledge of the apprenticeship sector and standards
