Location: Remote / home / mobile. Homebased, Mobile, Full Training, Mileage paid.

We have an amazing opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Assessor. In this role, you will already have Health and Social Care experience and use your knowledge to help employed learners achieve their goals by delivering high-quality training and assessment, while supporting continuous improvement across the organisation.

What you'll do:

  • You will be trained to deliver training programmes and workplace assessments to learners across a regional area within Healthcare.
  • Support learners with Individual Learning Plans and on-the-job assessments.
  • Develop and deliver course materials to meet awarding body requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner achievements.
  • Work and develop to build strong relationships with employers and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure quality standards, safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance are met.

What we're looking for:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Occupational experience in your area of delivery.
  • Willingness to work towards the Assessor Award (CAVA).
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Desirable: Experience in work-based learning or apprenticeships.
  • Assessor qualifications (CAVA/TAQA) or willing to train and work towards Essential Skills delivery experience.
  • Ability to communicate in Welsh.
