We are currently looking to recruit a Registered Manager to work in a children's home (learning disabilities) to join a close-knit, highly skilled team driven by purpose, connection, and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes. The young people we support inspire us every day with their resilience, individuality, and potential. Many of the team have been with us for over a decade, progressing, developing, and building meaningful, long-term careers. This stability and shared commitment create the foundation for high-quality, consistent, child-centred practice.
We are looking for a manager who is:

- Experienced in residential childcare and confident in leading a regulated service
- Skilled in trauma-informed practice and emotionally attuned leadership

- Holding (or working towards) Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £47,500 - £55,000 per annum
