You will provide comprehensive support to apprenticeship learners throughout their programme in their Customer Service and Business Administration qualifications. Our apprenticeship programme combines hands-on training with theoretical knowledge, equipping learners with essential skills for a successful career in the business industry.
The Role:
- Ensure the highest training standards by adapting to learner needs.
- Cover a regional area and travel to learners' workplaces for assessments.
- Complete Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and outline personalised learning pathways.
- Reference and evaluate evidence collected in the workplace to meet key skill requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of learner attendance and guided contact hours, ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of set performance targets.
- Arrange additional training through day release and provide in-house training support as needed.
- Keep detailed records of clients' achievements to meet the performance criteria established by relevant awarding bodies.
Relevant training experience:
- A recognised teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., A1 Assessor Award, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent) is desirable; however, willing to train people wanting to become a Trainer.
- Experience in delivering, assessing, or supporting apprenticeships in a workplace setting.
- Strong industry experience and subject matter expertise in Business Administration, Customer Service, or Management, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a learning and development context.
Essential:
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
- Welsh speaking is desirable.
