Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Production Engineer to join a highly advanced engineering and manufacturing business specialising in precision-engineered technology and complex manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineering graduate or junior engineer looking to develop their career within a hands-on production and manufacturing environment.
The role will involve supporting new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing process improvement, CAD design work, BOM and ERP maintenance, root cause investigations, and production engineering activities across complex assemblies and engineered components.
Working Hours
- Full-time permanent position
- Flexible shifts within opening hours Monday to Thursday
- Early finish on Fridays
- No weekend work

Qualifications
Degree or HNC in Engineering or related discipline
Essential Requirements
- Proven engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience using CAD software
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hands-on engineering mindset with the ability to support assembly activities involving complex components
- Open-minded and proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement
- Full right to work in the UK
Desirable Requirements
- Experience supporting NPI or manufacturing engineering activities
- Experience working with ERP systems, BOMs, ECNs, NCRs, or root cause analysis
- Understanding of DFMEA, PFMEA, or PPAP processes
- Experience creating 3D CAD models and production drawings
- Experience within a precision engineering or high-tech manufacturing environment
