The successful candidate will:
- Design and deliver, monitor training programmes
- Provide support to prison-based Quality Education Manager, and champion high-quality teaching and learning within a learning environment.
- Conduct audits, leading the instructional coaching observation cycle, regularly reviewing quality of training, delivery and educational improvement plans
- Maintain clear, effective communication across all teams to ensure consistent learning and quality assurance.
