We have an amazing opportunity for an Employment Coach who has a passion for mental health. We believe everyone has the right to live a decent and dignified life and an opportunity for rewarding work. Our client is a social purpose organisation challenging inequality and breaking down barriers to enable social mobility.

You will be delivering employment support to participants in parallel to the health treatments being delivered by NHS clinicians which is embedded with Primary Care, Community Health Teams, and the wider community. Working intensively with a maximum active caseload of 25 participants who have a health condition which impacts on their ability to gain work or stay in work, you will assist them to obtain and sustain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals, following the eight principles of Individual Placement and Support (IPS).

Meeting and exceeding performance targets for referrals, programme starts, employer engagement, job starts and sustainment, in compliance with contractual guidelines and quality procedures.

Location: Birmingham / Solihull

Salary: Full Time and Permanent - £28,407 - £34,037
