Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intelligence Professional to join a highly respected training and assessment organisation as an Apprenticeship Assessor – Intelligence & Data. \n This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong UK Armed Forces intelligence background, ideally from the Intelligence Corps or Royal Signals, who is looking to use their operational knowledge and experience in a rewarding new career. \n As an Apprenticeship Assessor, you will: \n \n Conduct high-quality apprenticeship assessments across Intelligence and Data standards \n Assess apprentices through professional discussions, practical observations, portfolios, projects, reports, Q&A sessions and knowledge tests \n Assess apprentices' skills, knowledge and behaviours against the relevant apprenticeship standards \n Provide clear, constructive and supportive written feedback \n Maintain accurate assessment records and evidence \n Work closely with Assessment Coordinators, Internal Quality Assurers and the Assessment Delivery Manager \n Participate in training and standardisation activities \n Maintain your knowledge of current intelligence and data practices \n Represent the organisation professionally when working with apprentices and employers \n \n To be considered for this role, you must have: \n \n A background within the British Army, preferably the Intelligence Corps or Royal Signals \n Strong hands-on occupational experience within Intelligence \n A good understanding of military intelligence/data environments, terminology and technical practices \n Excellent communication and professional discussion skills \n Strong attention to detail \n The ability to work objectively within a regulated assessment environment \n The ability to undergo and obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) \n Excellent organisation and time-management skills \n \n An Assessor qualification would be advantageous, although this is not essential, as our client is happy to support the right person in working towards the qualification. \n What's on Offer \n \n Full-time – 37.5 hours per week \n 22 days annual leave \n Additional 3 days paid shutdown between Christmas and New Year \n All public holidays \n Workplace pension – 5% employee / 3% employer contribution \n Healthcare Cash Plan \n Specsavers discount vouchers \n Employee discount platform \n Cycle to Work Scheme \n Training and support towards an Assessor qualification \n Opportunity to use your military intelligence experience in a rewarding new career \n \n Due to the high volume of applications, we aim to respond to all candidates, although this is not always possible.
