Duration: Long-Term
Start Date: 13-05-2026
Pay Rate: Up To £235.00 Per Hour - paid weekly! Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets. We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!
Job Roles:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations during cover period
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are carried out to programme
- Maintain site health and safety standards at all times
- Conduct daily site checks and briefings
- Liaise with trades, suppliers, and site staff
- Ensure work is completed to quality standards
- Keep site tidy, organised, and compliant
Requirements:
- Previous housing site management experience (essential)
- Able to step in with minimal handover
- Strong understanding of site safety and procedures
- Own transport required
- Valid CSCS Card required
