RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Site Manager Holiday Cover to work for our client based in Kingsbridge, Devon.

Duration: Long-Term

Start Date: 13-05-2026

Pay Rate: Up To £235.00 Per Hour - paid weekly! Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets. We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!

Job Roles:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations during cover period
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure works are carried out to programme
  • Maintain site health and safety standards at all times
  • Conduct daily site checks and briefings
  • Liaise with trades, suppliers, and site staff
  • Ensure work is completed to quality standards
  • Keep site tidy, organised, and compliant

Requirements:

  • Previous housing site management experience (essential)
  • Able to step in with minimal handover
  • Strong understanding of site safety and procedures
  • Own transport required
  • Valid CSCS Card required
