About the Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a key role in finding and engaging candidates for a variety of vacancies.

You’ll be:

• Building relationships with candidates over the phone
• Reviewing applications through our bespoke recruitment CRM
• Conducting candidate screening and registrations
• Managing candidate availability and ongoing communication
• Making a high volume of outbound calls each day
• Searching candidate databases and recruitment systems
• Completing compliance and right-to-work checks
• Supporting consultants to fill urgent and specialist vacancies
• Maintaining accurate records and candidate information
• Using referrals, networking and social media to identify additional candidates when required

This is a fast-paced role where organisation, communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.

The Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting and engaging candidates for a wide variety of vacancies.

This is not simply a phone-based administration role.

Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, managing candidates effectively and being resourceful when sourcing talent. You’ll have access to a steady flow of applications, market-leading recruitment technology and an extensive candidate database, but the strongest performers are proactive, think outside the box and never rely solely on the obvious route to find great candidates.

You’ll Be:

• Building strong relationships with candidates over the phone and online
• Reviewing applications and managing candidate pipelines through our bespoke CRM system
• Conducting candidate screening, registrations and suitability assessments
• Managing candidate availability and maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment process
• Working through high volumes of candidate activity and outbound calls each day
• Searching our extensive candidate database and recruitment systems to identify suitable applicants for vacancies
• Completing compliance and right-to-work checks
• Supporting consultants in filling urgent, specialist and hard-to-fill vacancies
• Maintaining accurate records through our bespoke recruitment platform
• Proactively sourcing candidates through referrals, networking, social media and other channels when required
• Thinking creatively and exploring alternative sourcing methods when traditional approaches are not delivering results
