RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to work for our client based in Newton Abbot, Devon.

Duration: Long-Term

Start Date: 18-05-2026

Pay Rate: £26,500.00 per year – paid weekly! Pay rate depends on experience and/or tickets. We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!

This is a fully office‑based role and suits someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Transferable skills from sales, customer service, or another fast‑paced environment are welcome, and full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making inbound and outbound calls to candidates and clients
  • Acting as a professional first point of contact for enquiries
  • Searching CV databases and sourcing suitable candidates
  • Conducting telephone interviews and registrations
  • Completing right‑to‑work and compliance checks
  • Supporting recruitment consultants to fill live vacancies
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records on internal systems
  • Providing general administrative support within the recruitment process

Location and Working Arrangements
