Pay Rate: Up To £30,000 per Year - basic salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commission OTE £80,000+ | Company Car after qualifying period

The Role:
- Winning new business and developing strong client relationships
- Growing and managing your own recruitment desk
- Attending client meetings and site visits
- Managing vacancies from brief to placement
- Building long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates

- Previous recruitment experience is essential
