Roller Operative Required! RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Roller Operative to work for our client based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire.

Start Date: 20-05-2026
Pay Rate: £23.00 - £24.00 Per Hour - paid weekly! Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.
Job Roles:
- Carrying out rail civils and groundwork tasks on a live rail environment
- Assisting with re-digging and stabilising railway embankments
- Operating the Ride on Roller to perform tasks
- Following rail safety procedures, site briefings, and method statements
- Working effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure project environment
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CPCS/NPORS Ride On Roller Ticket
- Valid PTS (Essential)
- Strong previous rail experience
- Additional tickets highly beneficial: COSS, IRATA, Track Induction, D&A
