RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshal to work for our client based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire.
Duration: Long-Term
Start Date: 20-05-2026
Pay Rate: £21.00 - £22.00 Per Hour - paid weekly! Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets. We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!
Job Roles:
- Directing vehicle and plant movement on site
- Banksman duties for deliveries and plant operations
- Guiding drivers safely in restricted or low-visibility areas
- Ensuring safe segregation of pedestrians and vehicles
- Communicating clearly using hand signals or radios
- Monitoring site access and controlling traffic flow
- Identifying hazards and maintaining site safety
Requirements:
- Valid Sentinel Card with PTS (Personal Track Safety)
- Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket
- CPCS/NPORS
- Previous railway or civils experience
- Full PPE
- Driving licence preferred
