Job Roles:
- Supervising all lifting operations on site
- Ensuring lifts are planned and carried out safely
- Coordinating with crane operators, slingers and site management
- Maintaining compliance with site safety procedures
- Monitoring lifting plans and risk assessments
Requirements:
- CPCS/NPORS - Crane Operator Ticket
- Valid Lift Supervisor ticket (essential)
- Previous experience on busy construction sites
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Piling experience advantageous but not essential
