RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Lift Supervisor to work for our client based in Lydney, Gloucestershire.

Duration: Long-Term

Start Date: 14-05-2026

Pay Rate: £27.00 - £29.00 Per Hour - paid weekly! Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets. We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!

Job Roles:

  • Supervising all lifting operations on site
  • Ensuring lifts are planned and carried out safely
  • Coordinating with crane operators, slingers and site management
  • Maintaining compliance with site safety procedures
  • Monitoring lifting plans and risk assessments

Requirements:

  • CPCS/NPORS - Crane Operator Ticket
  • Valid Lift Supervisor ticket (essential)
  • Previous experience on busy construction sites
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Piling experience advantageous but not essential
