Job Roles:
- Lead and support cradle (BMU) operations on-site
- Assist with supervision of cradle teams
- Carry out façade restoration and cleaning works
- Support training and workflow organisation
- Maintain and uphold quality control standards
- Ensure safe working practices at height
Requirements:
- Strong cradle / BMU experience (essential)
- Confident working at height on a 32-storey building
- Ability to lead small teams / step into a supervisory role
- CSCS card required
