Groundworker with Roller Ticket Required! RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Groundworker with Roller Ticket to work for our client based in Honiton, Devon.

Duration: Long-Term

Start Date: 18-05-2026

Pay Rate: Up To £18.50 Per Hour - paid weekly! Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.

Job Roles:

  • Carrying out all aspects of groundworks on a housing site
  • Operating a ride-on roller as required
  • General drainage, foundations, and finishing works
  • Working as part of a groundworks gang to meet site targets
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Requirements:

  • Valid CPCS or NPORS roller ticket with CSCS hologram
  • Proven experience in groundworks
  • Ability to operate a ride-on roller confidently
  • Good on-site awareness and work ethic
  • Housing site experience preferred
