RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Groundworker (FTD) to work for our client based in Newton Abbot, Devon.

Duration: Long-Term

Start Date: 05-05-2026

Pay Rate: £21.00 - £21.50 Per Hour - paid weekly! Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets. We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!

Job Roles:

  • Operating Forward Tipping Dumper safely and efficiently on site
  • Carrying out general groundworks including drainage, kerbing and foundations
  • Assisting with excavation, backfilling and reinstatement works
  • Working alongside other trades and site management
  • Following all site safety procedures and regulations

Requirements:

  • Valid NPORS with CSCS logo or CPCS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket
  • Proven experience in groundworks and civils projects
  • Willing to complete BPSS clearance
  • Ability to commit to long term work
