Hand Picker/Sorter Required! RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Hand Picker/Sorter to work for our client based in Exeter, Devon.
Duration: Long-Term
Start Date: 06-05-2026
Pay Rate: £14.25 - £15.00 Per Hour - paid weekly! Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets. We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay!
Job Roles:
- Work as part of a team with a practical, motivated approach
- Sort minerals and raw materials (aluminium, stainless steel, copper)
- Monitor production and report any issues to the team leader
- Clean spills and help maintain the installation during and after production
- Be flexible, multi‑skilled and able to work at other locations if required
- Follow all health and safety regulations
