RecruitEasy are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resorucer / Administrator to work for our client based in Newton Abbot, Devon.
Job Details
- Duration: Long-Term
- Start Date: 18‑05‑2026
- Pay Rate: £26,500 per year – paid weekly. Pay rate depending on experience and/or tickets.
This is a fully office‑based role and would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage, however it is not essential. If you have transferable skills from sales, customer service, or another fast‑paced environment, we would still love to hear from you as full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Making inbound and outbound calls to candidates and clients
- Acting as a professional first point of contact for enquiries
- Searching CV databases and sourcing suitable candidates
- Conducting telephone interviews and registrations
- Completing right to work and compliance checks
- Supporting recruitment consultants to fill live vacancies
- Updating and maintaining accurate records on internal systems
- Providing general administrative support within the recruitment process
